Posting Your Listing to Zillow, Trulia and other Websites

We list your home in the El Paso County MLS (called PPAR MLS) and the REColorado.com MLS. REColorado.com is a Denver MLS that is comprised of multiple smaller MLS’s. Exposure through these two MLS databases easily exceeds 10,000 local agents. (Note: MLS stands for Multiple Listing Service and is a database that real estate agents use to list homes for sale).

Keep in mind that PPAR and Realtor.com are the primary and most accurate websites for listings here in El Paso county. Our listings are also automatically syndicated to all agent websites, Zillow, Trulia, and many other smaller property and news websites. It can take a a bit more time for your listing to be reflected on the other websites.

We do not advertise in hard copy papers or magazine because there is not enough distribution to result in a buyer. We focus our efforts on digital marketing because 90% of all buyers pursue their home search on the internet.

We typically send weekly emails (usually on Mondays) to provide updates on marketing activities, stats, and recommendations.
