While we are not sponsored by any of the businesses on this list, Colorado Real Estate Group is a very diverse team. Many of our team members are from another country or have international ties and we are always interested in the diverse options here in Colorado Springs.

Pro Tips:

  • Small stores are more expensive than bigger chain grocery stores.
  • You might notice some expired foods in the smaller, international food markets. This is simply because specialty items tend to have a much lower turnover rate than regular grocery stores.

Personal comment from one of our team members:  This store is interesting and definitely a place to go if you want to learn about international cuisine. The owner, Dan (and his wonderful family I had the pleasure of meeting) caters not only towards food, but believes everything we put into our bodies can have nutritional value/medicine. Dan comes from a health background and has a vast knowledge of nutrition. I spend an hour every time I’m there because Dan really takes the time to explain absolutely everything. The flavor it gives, the health benefit, why it’s important for your body, why you wouldn’t want or need it, etc. And he offered cooking classes every Sunday at no cost (canceled due to Covid). His family cooked for me while I shopped… wonderful people, wonderful store.
