ABOUT THE INTERIOR
Esme DeLange has created a home that is both elegant and casual with her fresh take on Colorado mountain style. The combination of clean lines, finishes, when you enter the spacious entry, you are drawn in. The calming neutral color palette, stone fireplaces with distressed wood mantels, square style trim and doors throughout the house, and gorgeous light fixtures all provide that touch of exquisiteness. Other finishes are light and clean looking, like granite, modern tile designs, and custom stained oak hardwood floors. This home is as stunning as it is casual and comfortable. A true retreat!
Esmé DeLange, was born and raised in South Africa. In 1999, moved to North Carolina and then settled in Colorado Springs in February 2000. In 2001 she started working for a successful custom home builder in Colorado Springs as the office manager.
During her 10 years with the company she attended college and acquired her Associates degree in Architectural Drawing and Design. Her involvement in the company grew to where she was involved in the day to day construction projects and assisted in many detailed home inspections
and drafting blue prints.
The knowledge gained through those years came in very useful after she decided four years ago to get her real estate license and get involved in the housing market, both from an investment point of view as well as marketing.
During the last five years, as part-owner of the investment corporation, she has managed approximately 52 remodeling projects from start to finish, doing both design and staging, bought and sold properties and assisted families in finding their ideal home.
Recently, she also acquired her managing brokers’ license and has now launched her own Real Estate company with two partners. As part of the Real Estate Company she is creating divisions to do Real Estate services to provide a turn-key solution to her customers.
In addition, with her husband, she has recently launched Incline Homes and acquired her General Contractors license. The company will focus on constructing new single family homes across Colorado Springs.
In her limited spare time she loves to run the single track trails in Colorado’s mountains. Taking care of her three cats at home and a feral cat colony at work gives her great pleasure and sense of fulfillment.
