There are plenty of Colorado Springs New Year’s events to celebrate 2023. People tend to have a wide range of preferences for how they like to ring in the New Year, and thankfully, Colorado Springs has something for everyone.

There are events for families earlier in the day, options to get dressed up and dance into the night, or even opportunities to be active on New Year’s Day. 1. NOON YEAR’S EVE, Colorado Springs Event Center, Dec 31: 10:30 am

The Pike’s Peak Children’s museum hosts this annual event for kiddos to celebrate the New Year. This is their biggest fundraiser and is sure to be a morning of fun from 10:30am-12:30pm. Event includes activities, music and dancing, mocktails and a countdown at noon with a balloon drop. 2. HOST A VIRTUAL PARTY, Eventuality

This creative business will deliver samples from the best restaurants, breweries, and distilleries in Colorado Springs to your party guests at their home. They’ll even set up the Zoom call for you. 3. NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER TRAIN, Royal Gorge, Dec 31: 3:30 pm and & 7:00pm departures

Enjoy a 3 course dinner while taking in the beautiful sights of the gorge at night. Tickets and details >> Royal Gorge

4. ADAMAN FIREWORKS, Dec 31: 9pm & 12:00am

This exclusive club hikes up Pikes Peak each year to set off fireworks at midnight on New Year’s Eve. They will fire 5 test shells at 9pm in honor of their 5 founding members, and then the full fireworks show begins at midnight. If low key is your New Year’s Style, it’s always fun to stay home in PJ’s with family or friends, order takeout, play some board games, and then watch the fireworks from your porch. 5. NEW YEAR’S GALA, Glen Eyrie, Dec 31: 6pm

It wouldn’t be a list of Colorado Springs New Year’s events without mentioning the annual Glen Eyrie New Year’s Gala. Tickets include live music, dancing, and dinner. This might be your event if you prefer to turn in early–the Glen Eyrie Gala ends at 10:00pm. Details and tickets >> Glen Eyrie

6. PHILHARMONIC NEW YEAR’S PERFORMANCE, Pikes Peak Performing Arts Center, Dec 31: 7:30pm

The Philharmonic’s annual New Year’s concert will include classics and hits from Broadway’s greatest shows. This is the longest running Colorado Springs New Year’s Eve event. Tickets and info >> Colorado Springs Philharmonic

7. NEW YEAR’S EVE BASH, The Broadmoor, Dec 31: 7:30 pm

The Broadmoor is branching out this year and offering a more casual, high energy event for those who are looking to dance the night away to live music. For more details and tickets >> Broadmoor

8. ROARING TWENTIES NEW YEAR’S EVE, Almagre Venue + Bar, Dec 31: 8pm

Tickets include welcome cocktail, food stations and hors d’oeuvres, and a midnight champagne toast. The dance floor will be hoppin’ with a DJ playing hits all night. Details >> Gatsby Gala

9. RESCUE RUN, Palmer Park, January 1: 10am

Looking for an active way to kick off the new year?  Sign up for the 5k or 10k option of this classic Colorado Springs race with the motto of “Rain, Snow or 20 Below.” All proceeds benefit El Paso County Search and Rescue (EPSCAR). Race details >> Rescue Run

10. FIRST DAY HIKE, Cheyenne Mountain State Park, Jan 1: 10am

Opt outside on your first day of the New Year with Colorado State Parks’ First Day hikes. There are options for 1, 3, or 5 mile hikes. All hikes will be self-guided.  Event details>> First Day Hike

11. NEW YEARS EVE SILENT DISCO, C.O.A.T.I., Dec 31: 8pm

6 DJ’s will be providing tunes for this silent disco on New Year’s Eve at one of the most popular places in Colorado Springs. Event details >> Silent Disco
