Great Restaurants in Colorado Springs

Four by Brother Luck

Located along the main street in downtown Colorado Springs, this dining experience is one for the books. Head chef and owner, Brother Luck has been featured and competed on several cooking shows, including Top Chef and Beat Bobby Flay. This dining experience lives up to its name with seasonal and complimentary four course dining options. Brother Luck describes his restaurant as “an offering that differs from typical southwest food and view the menu at Four as a hybrid of cultural influence.” Reservations are definitely preferred as this high quality dining option is always buzzing.

Ristorante Del Lago

This beautiful and glamorous Italian restaurant lies along the man made lake on the Broadmoor’s property. Offering American Italian options for dining, this romantic dining experience offers a getaway within our city. The food is excellent with a large variety or vegetarian, pasta, and meat choices. Their “family style” sides are some of the most creative and delicious I’ve ever experienced.

Garden of the Gods Market

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, this creative restaurant is sure to hit the spot no matter the time of day! This is a cool, rustic-chic café with an eclectic menu, and a gourmet food market that includes a bakery and deli counter. Near to the mountains, it offers a beautiful view from the west side of the city. Don’t pass up the opportunity to try their famous Banana Bread French Toast, there is no comparison!

Colorado Mountain Brewery

This mountain-esque brewery located along the west side, offers their own brewed masterpieces as well as other local Colorado brews. The American dining options are savory and delicious. They carry several western options, including a few Bison dishes that pair perfectly with their brewed beverages.

Shuga’s

This exciting, small town restaurant sits inside a beautiful, original home near downtown Colorado Springs. They are most known for their creative and scrumptious cocktails and unusual tapas. If you like spice, this is your place, full of flavor their menu doesn’t disappoint.

Skirted Heifer

This burger joint isn’t your average place. After being featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, this is a must see! It’s small, be prepared to grab a seat as soon as you see one because this is a popular spot here! Their famous “skirted heifer” is a thin burger, covered and smothered in cheese. They have build your own, suggested burgers and the most yummy, unique soda options. Oh! And they have ice cream… enough said!

Till Kitchen

Located up north of the city off of I-25, the location is one of the best mountain views in the city. Thoughtfully sourced New American fare and sushi pair beautifully with great cocktails, wine, and Colorado brewed beer. Definitely make reservations, because this farm to table restaurant is extremely popular with our health conscious Coloradans.

Bon Ton’s Café

Brunch lovers rejoice! This adorable café is open for breakfast, brunch, and lunch and sits in quaint Old Colorado City, just west of I-25. If you’ve come from the south (like me) their Biscuits and Gravy is one of the best! Especially in the fall and summer, they offer a comfortable outdoor patio that is always filled with locals and visitors.
