Vanessa was born and raised in a small town in Germany and moved to the United States when her father was relocated with the Army in 2004. Over the next 10 years she would move several times before finding her love for Colorado. She earned her Finance degree from the University of Central Florida and made a great impact in Corporate America before hanging up her corporate hat to become a full time Realtor® in 2015.

Real Estate is Vanessa’s passion (and she means it). She truly enjoys helping others find their perfect home and making the buying process as stress free and seamless as possible. First time homebuyers love that they never feel like they are bothering her as she will respond to any and all questions promptly. Experienced home buyer love her directness and value that she never makes them feel pressured. Communication and honesty are the foundation of how she handles every interaction with her clients.

When it comes to selling a home in the area you can depend on her every step of the way. Utilizing her experience and knowledge of the area, she helps get the home ready and utilizes several marketing strategies to get the home sold for top dollar in the shortest amount of time.

Relocating, whether it’s in town or out of state, is her specialty. Having moved close to a dozen times across states has given her a unique skill set that allows her to help her clients with a stressful time. She is honored and grateful to help so many with the biggest investments of their lives. Vanessa is not the agent that will tell you what you “want” to hear but what you “need” to hear. Her honesty and direct approach is valued by her clients, current and past.

When Vanessa is not helping her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. She has strong ties to the first responder community and tries to help in any way she can. Vanessa and her family enjoy a simple lifestyle and find joy in things like going on a hike or having pizza night.
