What is the Parade of Homes?
The Parade of Homes in Colorado Springs will be held September 9-25, 2022. Builders showcase their best homes all across town so attendees can tour homes at varying prices points, neighborhoods, and architectural styles. Think of it as an open house, but happening at several homes simultaneously.

When is the Colorado Springs Parade of Homes?
The 2022 Parade of Homes will be September 9-25, 2022. Homes will be open 10am-6pm except for Mondays & Tuesdays. Ticket holders can tour any homes on the Parade during the Parade hours.
Who goes to the Parade of Homes?
The Parade of Homes appeals to people for various reasons.
- If you’re hoping to build a home in the near future, it’s a great opportunity to tour homes from builders who work here in Colorado Springs.
- People who are thinking about buying in the near future can do some great research about which neighborhoods are most appealing to them.
- The homes featured in the Parade of Homes are usually decorated by interior designers so it’s a wonderful opportunity to brainstorm about updates in your own home and see new trends.

How do I get tickets to the Colorado Springs Parade of Homes?

- You can purchase tickets Parade of Homes website for $17/person. Children 15 years or younger will have free entry.
- Do you have a military ID? 2 free tickets are also available with a military ID at select locations around town while supplies last:
